Are you feeling restless and need a non-medical aid that will help you fall asleep? ASMR can help you with that! What is ASMR, you ask? ASMR stands for autonomous sensory meridian response, which is a calming and pleasuring feeling which is often accompanied by a tingling sensation. The stimuli that can trigger ASMR vary from person to person, with the most common being tapping, white noise, whispering, and many others. This type of content can be found on YouTube with "ASMR" in the title of the video. There is the normal type of ASMR videos that will give you those sweet tingles, but there are some special cases where ASMRtists (people who make ASMR videos) got a little too creative. I'm not trying to say that these videos are bad, but they're so creative that it will make you think, "Why did I click on this video?"

We've all been there. We've all dealt with a Karen, whether you were a retail worker or a person on the street. The videos listed above are my personal favorites and I hope you get those tingling feelings if you decide to try ASMR. The triggers in the videos don't work for you? Don't worry!
