OK, I know what you're thinking. Me, like Harley Quinn? For those who don't know anything about Harleen Quinzel, let me fill you in. Dr. Harleen Quinzel was a promising psychiatrist assigned to Arkham Asylum, Gotham's home for the criminally insane. However, after meeting the Joker, she became obsessed with the crazed criminal's warped mind. Sensing opportunity, the Joker manipulated her, driving his therapist so mad that he was able to control her. Harleen fell in love with the villain, broke him out of Arkham, and devoted her life to making him happy.

So here is 12 reasons I believe we are just like Harley Quinn.

1. We have all been so in love with someone who constantly hurts us.

But for some reason we find a way forgive them because we think that losing them would be worse than the hurt they cause us.

2. Two words: bad boys.

Capturing hearts of girls since the beginning. I mean, come on. I know that if you were sitting across from a cute guy and he said, "You may not have a lot of friends, but at least you have one: me," you would fall in love, too!

3. I'm pretty sure most girls are dog crazy. So is Harley.

She loves her fur babies! Even though they are as crazy as she is, she thinks they are the sweetest most precious pups.

4. Girls have a tendency to do crazy things and not recognize it until after.

We have all said "I'm crazy" once or twice. I'm thinking it's just in our genes.

5. We all end up ready to hurt our partner when we find out they didn't tell us the whole truth about something!

Don't they know we find out everything? Those lousy scum-sucking creeps!

6. It doesn't matter if you're about to go out, go to the gym, fight crime, or go crazy on someone, your makeup had to be A1 before it goes down.

Duh!

7. There is a sane and crazy side to every girl.

Every single one. You never know which one you're going to get!

8. There's not a thing that a good book and a cup of coffee can't fix.

Give a girl those things, and she can conquer the world.

9. We all have that one person that is just as crazy as we are.

That's willing to do whatever crazy things we throw out there.

10. There is not a single girl that I know that wouldn't react this exact way if someone proposed to them without a ring.

At least he improvised!

11. She is so nosey, and she doesn't care.

12. She goes through stuff. She does some bad things at times and hurts a few people, but in the end she is just like any other girl.

She just wants to settle down with the one she loves.

Harley is just like every girl I've ever met. She is fierce, sassy, beautiful, and a little on the crazy side. She is in love and does whatever she has to do to make him happy. No matter the cost. Maybe we aren't all just like her but I believe we all have a little Harley Quinn inside us.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
