I love watching TV, sometimes a little too much. I can easily say that the One Chicago shows are some of the best on TV. If you haven't started watching them yet, you really need to. Here's why:
1. The Suspense
The writers of the One Chicago shows never fail to keep us guessing. There is never really a dull moment in these episodes. From the fires in Chicago Fire to the cases in Chicago PD and Med, you will constantly be on the edge of your seat, and the heart-stopping finales always leave you wanting more. You will find yourself counting down the days until the next episode because you want to know what happens next.
2. The Relationships
Even though they might not always last, the relationships that come out of the One Chicago shows are some of the best on TV. From Manstead to Stellaride, the chemistry is undeniable and the little moments between them will tug at your heart strings. While they love to play with your emotions and can drive you insane from time to time, you will find yourself rooting for these couples from episode to episode, because you just can't help but love them. After all, what relationship doesn't have its ups-and-downs?
3. The Crossovers
When we're lucky enough to get them, the three-hour crossover events are some of the best episodes of television. It's like watching a three-hour long movie that you never get bored of. The seamless transitions between the shows and watching the characters from all three shows come together and interact is like nothing else on television, and it's something no other television show can give us. Plus, the story lines and suspense that some out of these episodes are SO GOOD, it'll make you wonder why they're only three hours long.
4. The Story Lines
The story lines on these shows are some of the most interesting ones I've ever watched. The shows never leave you bored. The writers do a great job of coming up with interesting, unique story lines that touch on subjects that the viewers actually want to see and know about. The story lines also do a great job of building on themselves from episode to episode and you will find that you don't get tired of the story lines getting brought up in other episodes, because it's fun to "connect the dots", which makes the shows fun and interesting to watch.
5. The Actors
The actors who help bring these characters to life every week are amazing. Their acting is incredible. Whether they are filming a moving, emotional scene, a comical, romantic, or cheerful scene, or an action-filled scene, they do it all so flawlessly. As a bonus, they are some of the nicest people I have ever met. They really care about their fans and take the time to interact with them. Plus, the guys aren't bad on the eyes ;)
