World War II drama/action film coming to theater July 21, 2017 directed by Christopher Nolan featuring many new faces in the acting world. Mr.Nolan describes the film as a "intimate epic", wanting the audience to experience the element of events and emotions that took place during the battle of Dunkirk as if they were there. The story is told from three perspectives the air, land and water. As read the film is made to have little dialogue to focus on the surrounding occurrences. The cast consist of; Tommy played by Fionn Whitehead who is seen as the main lead, Alex played by Harry Styles as his first acting debut, Peter played by Tom Glynn-Carney who plays Mr.Dawson's son, Jack Lowden who plays Collins, a Royal Air Force fighter pilot and so forth. As said in Hollywood critics are saying that this film is going to be Nolan's lowest making but aside from the money the audience needs to focus on the plot of the story and the reality of the movie. People Magazine asked the cast and production about the intensity and pressure they felt while shooting the film. "Knowing that this actually happened to people in real life makes it pretty intense," answers Harry Styles. Nolan says that he wants to audience to feel the chaos and intensity of the moment while giving them an unique perspective. After many months of filming and editing this world war II drama Christopher Nolan recreated such a historical event where 400,000 men were ambushed on a beach and only a couple thousand didn't survive.
