5 Travel Bloggers To Follow When Your Wanderlust And Wallet Don't Agree

Travel videos are exhilarating; wide angle shots and knowing that the camera is on top of a human's head is enough to your own blood rushing beneath your pale skin. We all wish to travel the world, yet the biggest road block that young travelers-to-be face is money. Where can we go when every Millennial I know is $50,000 in debt?

And with that predicament noted, out come the travel bloggers. The best travel bloggers for young adults with big dreams made names for themselves through Instagram, Youtube, and blogs. After immersing myself in the travel blogger universe as a guilty pleasure past time, this list of real names and '@' handles offer the best advice for young people looking to travel.

1. Samuel & Audrey

Samuel & Audrey Jeffrey are the epitome of relationship goals. They started out as separate travel bloggers, and they each even maintain their own websites even though they mostly travel together. These two are my favorites for a lot of reasons: their adventure-filled videos, their blog layouts, and their killer advice for even the most remote locations. In her blog posts, Audrey even provides ideal itineraries and options that make it easy to customize your trip as efficiently as possible. Check out Audrey's site here, and Samuel's site here.

2. Tuula Vintage

I've been following Jessica Stein for a long time now, and she continues to amaze me with her delicate and sophisticated Instagram posts that paint her adventures with colorful markets and crystal clear beaches. Her fashion advice is one next to her cool demeanor and travel tips for the bad and boujee.

3. Twenty-Something Travel

This blog is fantastic for - you guessed it - twenty-somethings! A variety of young travelers constantly post on this collaborative blog. There's so many different kinds of advice, like traveling with a full-time job or budgeting as many excursions you can fit into the duration of your trip. This blog is truly a one stop shop.

4. The Budgeteers

These guys are awesome. Paddy and Thijs are the guys who run this travel show with a twist. They limit themselves to a budget of $1000 when they travel and do whatever they can to stretch their budget without cutting the fun. They showcase that you don't need a ton of money to travel the world.

5. Adventurous Kate

Kate has made herself known for her solo travel adventures. Her viral fame is inspiring for young women who want to travel, and she continues to push boundaries with her thrill-seeking escapades. She was also named one of Forbes' Top 10 Travel Influencers of 2017! It's recommended to swing by her site whenever you're about to hop on a plane.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). I grew up with John, Paul, George, and Ringo instead Justin, JC, Joey, Chris and Lance (I had to google N*SYNC to remember their names). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Their songs have brought me more joy, peace, and comfort. I can listen to them in any situation and find what I need. Here are the best lyrics from The Beatles for every and any occasion.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.
