This summer, I started binge-watching 'New Girl.' It's an American sitcom starring Zooey Deschanel who plays Jessica (Jess) Day, a teacher who just went through a tragic breakup with her six-year boyfriend, Spencer, and is now looking for a new place to live in Los Angeles.

So Jess puts an ad up on Craig's List and she ends up living with three other guys: Nick Miller, Winston Schmidt (he likes to be called Schmidt), and Winston Bishop.

This series is full of ups and downs as Jess, Nick, Schmidt, and Winston experience finding love, losing love, finding jobs, losing a job, losing a family member, gaining a family member, and they are all always there for each other through hell and back. Because of this rollercoaster life experience, Jess Day has said some pretty weird, funny, genuine, and inspirational quotes throughout the series.
