1. First, ask him, “Are you here to steal Christmas?”
2. Say, “Come On In!”
3. Get him some milk and cookies. (If he wants some.)
4. Give him a warm welcome. (Have him sit on your couch.)
5. Play video games. (They don’t have to be related to Christmas. Introduce him to Mario Kart or something else.)
6. Watch a Christmas movie. (You can have him watch all the movies about himself and see how he acts in each movie.)
7. Sing a Christmas song with him. (You can sing “You’re A Mean One, Mr. Grinch” with him.)
8. Start a conversation with him. (Does not have to be related to Christmas.)
9. Cook something with him. (Can be a Christmas dinner or green eggs and hams. Ask if he ever read the book Green Eggs and Ham by Dr. Suess.
10. Eat dessert with him. (Ask him if he likes brownies, fruit cakes, or chocolate chip cookies.)
11. Dress up as Santa with him. (You can dress up as his accomplice who steals Christmas with him. Both of you can be the Grinch version of Batman and Robin)
12. Walk outside the neighborhood with him (Show him where you live. Ask him to compare the neighborhood to his home.)
13. Do a snowball fight with him. Maybe he will like it.
14. Give him a car drive. Show off your driving skills.
15. Let him drive your car. Make sure that car damages are alright in your household.
16. Ask him for a sleepover. It is okay if he says, “No.”
17. Ask him if he had a great time with you. Hopefully, he says, “yes.”
18. Tell him that he can come back to your house anytime he wants.
19. Wave goodbye to the Grinch.
20. See him off, and hope that he will come again one day.
