'Friends' is perhaps one of the greatest television shows of all time. During the holiday season, whether Thanksgiving or Christmas, here are ten Gifs that accurately represent your holiday break, as told by 'Friends':

1. When your Professor assigns homework over break. Whether high school or college, you know-and they know automatically-what your response will be:

2. When you come home for Thanksgiving Break and your parents are way too excited to see you. More disturbingly, they are even more excited about Thanksgiving than anything else.

3. When your family and everyone else asks: "What's your major, what college do you go to, do you have a girlfriend, how are you, are you happy, what do you want to do after college, how old are you again, how's high school or did you graduate already, etc. etc.?"

4. When that annoying family member or friend comes over and hasn't seen you in forever (even though its only been a month):

5. When your siblings argue, but you can't curse in front of your family, so you resort to other methods:

6. You will have to deal with that inappropriate family member who always has their head in the gutter.

7. When you're having dinner and someone asks you for a bite of something:

8. When you don't share food, but instead eat someone else's while they're away:

9. When you eat too much food over Thanksgiving break but you can't constrain yourself any longer:

10. And finally, you will come back to school or college and the instructor/teacher will instantly demand an explanation as to why you didn't do your assignments over break:
