I recently finished TellTale's "The Walking Dead" Season 2, and I must admit, the game is fantastic in terms of story and voice acting. The story picks up right where Season 1 left off with Clementine finding Krista and Omid, and going along with them for a little bit, until Chista and Clementine are separated and as of now, she has not been found.
Personally, I found Season 2 to be a little better than Season 1. While I loved Lee and the situations Lee and the gang found themselves in, I found the Carver Story, who is basically the games version of Negan, and the aftermath of it to be very interesting and each episode left me wanting more. Season 1 episodes had endings that always left me wanting more, but Season 2 was different. Season 2 would cut to the credits in the middle of something intense and then jump to the "Next Time on The Walking Dead," which was very similar to the Television series.
I am not going to lie, I was skeptical going into Season 2 without Lee, but Clem as the main playable character worked great! The choices I made in Season 1 and throughout Season 2 molded Clem into one of the most bad ass characters of the game. Her development was great. She went from a scared eight-year-old girl to an 11-year-old who knows what shes doing and is not afraid to do what she has too. In some moments she can be pretty heartless as well. (Depending on your choices.)
Another thing about Season 2 is that characters die in almost every episode. Some of these deaths can be avoided through choices. One choice involves killing two major characters, Kenny and or Jane, which will ultimately affect Clem in Season 3, "The Walking Dead: A New Frontier."
TellTale's "The Walking Dead" continues to impress. I am around halfway through Season 3 and I am still loving it. Season 4 is on the way, set to be released later this year, and I could not be more excited.
