So, this week I wanted to get more into reviewing certain products that I'm familiar with me. I want to talk about two products which are "Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer" and "e.l.f pomade." I first want to start off by saying that these products are what I use on a daily basis so I'm going to giving my honest opinion on these and how they work for me.
I use "Tarte Shape Tape Contour Concealer" to hind my dark circles under my eyes. Normally I only put three little dots under my eyes when I don't want to put too much makeup on. I really like that this concealer it is light on my face, it hides my dark circles very easy. One thing that I keep struggling with is blending this certain concealer.
I noticed that it sometimes doesn't blend in easily, which we all know is something important. What helped me blend in this concealer easier was just using my finger and really dabbing, and sometimes even rubbing...I know rubbing is not good, don't come for me! But it helps a lot.
I will also say it can SOMETIMES be expensive. You can get this concealer from Ulta for about $25-$27. Other then that, I have no complaints. I use it every time I wear makeup. I really recommend this certain product if you're a beginner with makeup, or if you have dark spots you would like to cover.

Next, I want to talk about e.l.f. eyebrow pomade. So I use this to do my eyebrows. Now let me say when I first started using this pomade I did not like it at all. I thought it was too pigmented, I felt like it always looked like I had drawn a sharpie onto my eyebrows...which sometimes it did look like that. But as I started to get better at doing my eyebrows, I noticed that it wasn't always the pomade, it was me. So, now that I now know how to do my eyebrows correctly I love it.
It is very pigmented so just be careful at the amount you use, I suggest using a light hand when using this product. If you are just starting out with learning how to do your eyebrows, I do not suggest using an eyebrow pomade at all. Instead, I would suggest using an eyebrow pencil until you get used to doing your eyebrows.
Also, make sure when buying this product you are very careful with matching this to your eyebrow hair color. Like all e.l.f. products, it is very inexpensive.
In the end, this is mostly a part of my lazy makeup routine. I love these products! I rate both products 9/10. Also, it is a plus because both products are cruelty-free. Again, these are products that work for me, but you may find something other than these products that work better for you.
