1. Spend every ounce of my free time studying.

Snakes make great companions. Some even love their tarantulas.

It might be considered a better way to go.
10. Give up eating meat.
I already don't eat much of a carnivore's diet, so for me this is doable. I however, know some people who could never do this.
11. Become a vegan.
Although hard because I love my ice cream and cheese, I would do it if I needed to.
12. Get denied from the job I've had for the last three years.
13. Fail an exam that I studied for a week for.

Considering I already feel like I study for weeks only to do sub-par on my exams, not much will have changed.
14. Fail out of my major.
If you flunk out, it just means you weren't meant to be in that field. If you buy a chihuahua willingly however, then it means that you weren't meant to enjoy your life.
15. Disappoint my favorite person.
I would be doing this even if I got myself a tiny barking doorbell.
16. Lose a high score that took me a year to make.
Does anyone still play the game Ballz? Right now I've been working on my high score of 1200 for a week. Wouldn't it be a shame if I had to choose.
17. Be the person who continues to sit on the equipment at the gym after I'm done using it.
All my fellow gym-goers understand the struggle of having someone doing absolutely nothing on the equipment you need.
18. Take 20 credit hours.
For those who may not be in college or familiar with this system, twenty credit hours is the most a student can take any given semester. Most students are advised to take sixteen credits.
19. Work in customer service during a Black Friday rush.
I've only heard about the horror stories that working a Black Friday rush can be. Still better than a tiny demon sleeping in my bed.
20. Become a viral meme.
Did "Back Luck Brian" try to become a meme, I don't think so but he was a hit for a hot minute.
21. Live through one of the actual "princess stories" written by the Brothers Grim.
In the real version of "The Little Mermaid," Ariel gained legs for the price that in using them she felt as if she was constantly walking on knives. I'm also pretty sure the prince actually chose someone else in the end. Not the ideal Disney happy ending.
22. Write two full lab reports in one week.
Oh wait I'm in college and I'm already doing this. Gotta love being a STEM major.
23. Hit myself in the ankle with a razor scooter.
Razor scooters are no joke, when angered they will mess you up. Chihuahuas will mess you up more for no apparent reason though.
24. Peel a hangnail to my knuckle.

This was by far one of the dumbest viral challenges to "catch fire," if you will.
27. Kill the planet with my plastic usage (oh wait).
Ocean plastic is actually a major problem in our world today. If nothing else do some research and please help do your part. Pretty soon the chihuahuas holding families hostage will no longer have an ocean to visit.
28. Be like Dr. Doofenshmirtz and not have my parents show up to my own birth.
Poor Doof.
29. Experience withdraw symptoms.
Caffeine withdraws give some nasty headaches. But at least it's from lack of coffee and not a high pitched whine.
30. Not eat for thirty days.
I watched a video of someone who did this, you just drink a lot of water and fluids. What an intense way to slim down for the summer.
31. Get into a minor car accident.
Fender benders are all too common now with the amount of people attempting to text and drive. Don't do that, but also don't buy tiny dogs. Some people choose not to listen to advice.
32. Give myself a bad tattoo.
"No Ragrets" am I right? It's a shame when the mistakes are permanent..
33. Fall out of my raft while white water rafting in 40-degree weather.
This could quite possibly lead to hypothermia, but it's not like that's much colder than a Chihuahua's heart.
34. Go to a frat party alone.
This, in most cases, is not a good idea. But the chance could be taken.
35. Have absolutely zero fashion sense.

36. Skydive.
I've heard great stories about adrenaline rushes from skydiving. However, I guess you could get one for free when you own a devil-dog considering it could attack at any point .
37. Fight a bear.
Be careful though, bears are known to fight dirty.
38. Not shower for two weeks.
Some people choose to do this without even having a pet, I wonder why.
39. Eat insects.
They're great sources of protein!
40. Live my current life without a Chihuahua and keep it that way.
In my opinion, my life is already pretty good so I definitely don't need any new grumpy fur babies added to it.

Here is a look into what part of my bucket list would look like. What would yours look like?
1. Skydiving
Just the thought of jumping out of a plane thousands of miles into the air scares the hell out of me, but I think it would be worth it. The thrill of feeling weightless. The thrill of 'flying' in the air as you plummet to Earth. I would try it at least once! We only get one life, so why not live it to the fullest, right?
2. Scuba Diving

There are no words needed to try and describe how amazing this would be. I bet it interests you more than my first buck list number. *winks* Any ocean children out there?
3. Publish One Book
Alright, my fellow authors. We all know how this one goes! I have six books in the works and they are all at various different lengths and stages. The hardest part about writing a book is finishing it. Starting it is the easiest task to tackle. Finishing...no, wait...finishing the first draft without editing it in the process is the hardest task to tackle. *smashes head on desk*

There is just something about the base of live music that gets my blood pumping. As my husband puts it, I like the feeling of my heart about to explode. What he is referring to is the base flying from the speakers. *laughs*

(I have actually been lucky enough to see these once in my lifetime. I believe I was about six-years-old at the time. Definitely something everyone should have the chance to see.)
I have this ache in my soul to travel to as many places as I can. I want to travel the world and experience mother nature's purest beauty. A beauty that many have long since forgotten. Waterfalls, caves, the ocean, mountains, forests, and so much more. Ireland, Italy, Japan, the entire United States. Everything. If we are still stuck on goals, then that is one of mine. To travel whenever and wherever I can from now on.

5. Zip Lining
Ah, a cheaper bucket list choice. One I plan to cross off of my list this year (2019)!
For hours of zip lining and tours, there is a place not too far from me (Florida) that only costs $70. Now, you may be thinking that is not cheap, but when you look at it after researching skydiving, it is definitely more budget-friendly. O.o
Again, another option on my list that gifts you the feeling of flight for a few moments. To see the world in a different view than normal. A newer aspect if you will.

Booking the skydive
You've hyped yourself up. You're ready. You get onto the website and start entering all your information, but then you start looking at the waiver and everything else and you're kinda like ehhh.

And also "can I skydive with a fear of heights" and "will I pass out if I skydive with a fear of heights" and "is it safe if I skydive with a fear of heights" and "will skydiving help my fear of heights."
Resuming booking once you determine you will probably live
I mean, worst case scenario I die or become permanently paralyzed and maimed. Best case I I get some awesome pictures and videos and walk away perfectly fine!
Telling everyone you know that you are going skydiving
This step is necessary for two reasons: One, to ensure that you actually go because once you tell enough people they will be expecting it, and two, to somehow try to calm your anxiety by slowly repeating it enough to accept it.
Desperately trying to sleep the night before
You tell yourself you're going to go to bed kinda early to be well rested for the day ahead. After tossing and turning around, you somehow end up watching Netflix at three in the morning. Oops.
Talking it through on the car ride over
You reaffirm that you are REALLY going to do it one last time, while nervously listening to music to distract yourself from the fact that you are about to be hurled out of a plane while it is thousands of feet up in the air.
Sitting and waiting (and being oddly calm)
Once you get there, you get hit with a wave of "heck yeah I can do this."

This is when it becomes real. Suddenly you're in a jumpsuit and harness. Next thing you know you've met the person you'll jump out with and you've learned the whole process. You aren't strapped together physically yet, just emotionally.
The plane ride

You get ushered into the plane and sit back to back with each other. At first, the plane ride is beautiful, and it's pretty cool being able to look out through the open door and see the almost Lego-Land like scenery. However, once you see the first person go flying out of the plane and sailing through the sky, your face will probably be something like this.
The descent

Magically, you were pushed forward, and now you are standing at the side of the plane and waiting to jump out. You're freaking out. Less than a second later you are free falling through the air at 12 feet per second. You realize that every fear you had about this jump went flying out just like you did. Once the chute is pulled, you just peacefully float down, wondering how you could have been so terrified days ago of something that now seems so serene.
Whether you're like me and are constantly on a quest to conquer your fear of heights or are just trying to prove to yourself (or others) that you can and will, it is a life-changing experience. Having a healthy dose of anxiety is normal when you are about to go flying out of a plane, but you shouldn't let that fear overcome you and prevent you from doing it.
1. How much school is enough school?
Not only should you consider where you will go in order to thrive, but you also have to decide how long you should be in school. This changes from person to person depending on so many factors (especially money).
My advice to you is to just go where you think you will succeed the most. Realize that you most likely will have to spend your own money, but if you want to go on to get your master's or even your doctorate, then go get those degrees!
2. It may be time to get that "real" job finally.
Gone are the days of rough teenage part-time jobs. It may be time to finally settle down a bit with a more stable job. You may also get paid a lot more which is a huge added bonus. If you have no idea what kind of job you even want, then you may want to sit and focus on yourself a bit more.
My advice to you is to get a job where you will be happy to go there every day. Picking a career that you theoretically will spend most of your time at means that you should pick something enjoyable. (Also pick something with a little extra money to help in the long run!)
3. Find that special someone if that is what you want in life.
Love is not built in a day. (Or is that Rome?) There is no time like the present to go find that person who you can build a future with. Go ask that cute guy from English class out finally. Take that bubbly girl to get some Starbucks because you know she has been waiting for you to ask. Maybe your parents will finally stop bugging you to start having those grandkids.
If finding someone is not important to you, then go treat yourself to something delicious and wear those comfortable sweatpants while you are at it.
4. Do I want to live in the country or the busy city? Both?

Your future is ahead of you, but you may be wanting to find somewhere new to live. Do you think you have what it takes to navigate a busy city? Do you prefer the quiet life offered living out in the middle of absolutely nowhere? These are important questions to consider especially if you are feeling bored wherever you are currently living.
Just remember, where you are living now does not have to be where you will live forever.
5. Travel anywhere and everywhere.
If you have never even been out of the country, then now is the perfect time to go. You have no idea what is in store for you wherever you choose to go. If you do not have that much money saved up to travel, then even just going for a road trip with some friends may be good enough.
My advice is to make memories wherever you travel, take a lot of photos, and come back happier and relaxed.
6. Buy yourself some cute plants or pets to make you happy.
Being responsible for plants and animals can require some effort, but it will also help you become a better person. Maybe start off small with one or two before diving into more. Also remember to actually feed them and take care of them. Show some love to them!
7. Start that diet or workout routine that you have been wanting.
Putting in the time and motivation to start can be a difficult task, but you can do it if you want results. If you have a goal in mind, then why would you ever want to wait?
My advice is to get that gym membership back, or join that cycling class that meets twice a week. Go to yoga for the first time in years, and order that fancy commercial diet food.
8. Re-do your style to be true to yourself.
Color your hair whatever shade you want. Cut some bangs because phases are allowed to happen. Change your wardrobe to clothes you actually want to wear instead of what people expect you to wear.
It all comes down to what you want to look like as you approach your future. You might as well do it in your own way with your own style.
9. Actually try to accomplish your bucket list.

Some of your best years and experiences are just ahead of you. You know you made that list years ago in a spiral notebook while you were bored in class one day. It is time to revisit those dreams and add to them. If you are looking for something to do now, pick a few items and go do them!
10. Finally, binge that new Netflix series!
When the future becomes overwhelming, take it one day at a time. My suggestion is to watch some good Netflix shows when you are stressed from making so many important life decisions. I would give some examples. but really you cannot go wrong with most choices.
Take this as a wake up call for you. The future is coming, and that is not just a saying. You ultimately know what is most important to you in your life.
Ask yourself again, what will you do next?
