Money Doesn't Create Class, So Stop Acting Like It Does
Being a humble person is more important than ever being rich.
While we all love money, sometimes people who are loaded with money tend to think they belong to the upper class or are better than everyone else. Money doesn't create class; in fact, some of the richest people are more unhappy than those who are less fortunate. Life isn't about the materialistic things we have, but it is about the people we have in our lives. I encourage you all to be humble because no matter how big your house is, how recent your car is, or how big your bank account is, our graves will always be the same size.
While we all would love to have a bigger house, a new car, a new phone, or just some new clothes, that is not what life is about. We tend to get so caught up in the worldly things that we forget about the small things around us. Having all those materialistic things does not make you a better person than someone else.
Some people who are way less fortunate than others have the biggest hearts and would give the shirt off their back to anyone. Let's not get caught up in having so many materialistic things; instead, let's start being thankful for our family, friends, and what we do have.
I have been extremely blessed throughout my nineteen years of life, but in those nineteen years, I have learned that life is not fair. You don't always get what you want, and that's okay. What is meant to be will always be.
Being humble will gain you a lot more respect than being snobby. Let's start treating everyone with respect no matter how much money he/she has or how many materialistic things he/she has. Life is short, so enjoy it while it lasts with the people you love most!
