4 Drinks That Are Just As Good As A Starbucks PSL

Let's face it. If you're a coffee or coffee shop lover, you were probably obsessed with Starbucks at some point in your life (for good reason). Their menu oftentimes feels endless and, in my experience, the baristas are always super pleasant. Pumpkin spice lattes have definitely become something that is associated with Starbucks. I love them. Thousands of other people love them too. However, PSLs seem to turn some people away from Starbucks. For those of you who aren't fans of this festive fall beverage, or want to switch it up, there are a few Starbucks drinks that are worth the try.

1. Caramel Frappuccino 

I don't know about you, but I can drink a cold drink in every season. Caramel Frappuccinos are a CLASSIC. The caramel is so rich and tastes like a dream. This drink is sure to put you in a happy mood!

2. Chai Tea Latte

This used to be my absolute favorite Starbucks drink. As a tea lover, chai tea lattes have the perfect mix of sweetness and spice! This drink is perfect at any time of the year--hot or iced. I think this drink will definitely put you in the fall mood if you get it hot!

3. Matcha Green Tea Latte

This drink is not for everyone. If you like matcha, you're going to be obsessed with this drink. Matcha is hard to describe. It's kind of an acquired taste (my mom tried my latte and said it tasted like grass). If you've never tried matcha, I'd totally recommend getting this drink in a tall size; just in case you're not the biggest fan. I've only had this drink iced, but I'm sure having it hot wouldn't be too bad!

4. A Regular Ole Cup of Coffee

Before I really got into coffee and the amazing flavors that Starbucks has to offer, I would occasionally order a regular coffee. Starbucks has a few types of coffee, and my favorite so far is Pike Place. It's a nice medium roast that I think many would enjoy. You don't have to be caught up in PSLs and Frappuccinos to go to Starbucks; a regular coffee is a great order too!

So when your best friend wants to take a trip to Starbucks this fall, don't feel pressured to get a fall drink. Try one of these delicious alternatives; you won't be disappointed!
