Winter is the perfect time to cuddle up with a cup of hot chocolate. Hot chocolate can get boring though, so sometimes you have to mix it up. Try mixing things up with these five ways to make your hot chocolate even hotter.

1. Stir it with a candy cane.

This will give it a yummy peppermint taste.

2. Add a drop of vanilla extract.

Vanilla is such a great flavor that can be added to just about anything.

3. Add some cinnamon.

Just like a snickerdoodle cookie...yum!

4. Melt some white chocolate chips in it.

White chocolate and milk chocolate together is so good!

5. Add caramel syrup.

Caramel is so good especially with chocolate.

These five ways are some of the best ways to make a boring cup of hot chocolate enjoyable for everybody.

For as long as I can remember, I have been listening to The Beatles. Every year, my mom would appropriately blast “Birthday” on anyone’s birthday. I knew all of the words to “Back In The U.S.S.R” by the time I was 5 (Even though I had no idea what or where the U.S.S.R was). The highlight of my short life was Paul McCartney in concert twice. I’m not someone to “fangirl” but those days I fangirled hard. The music of The Beatles has gotten me through everything. Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register.
