Nostalgia is a sentimental longing or wistful affection for the past, typically for a period or place with happy personal associations. This playlist is always on repeat in my car when I want to think about "the good old days."
1. "Umbrella" by Rihanna & JAY Z
The number of times you sang "ELLA, ELLA, ELLA" was ungodly.
2. "Hollaback Girl" by Gwen Stefani
This song was the only way you learned how to spell "bananas." B-A-N-A-N-A-S!
3. "Every Time We Touch" by Cascada
The song was always blasted when you would go to roller skating or ice skating, and everyone knew the words.
4. "Dilemma" by Nelly & Kelly Rowland
The beat of this song makes for a killer rap, love ballad. This duo was the bomb.com.
5. "Ignition (Remix)" by R Kelly
The ONLY legit remix ever made. All the other remixes turn an original song into trash. This song was, is, and always will be iconic.
6. "Hey Ya!" by Outkast
1,2,3...go! The beat to this song makes me feel like i'm on some sort of trip. You definitely know all of the words to this jam.
7. "Oops...I Did It Again" by Britney Spears
The song that made you feel like a badass when you did any little thing wrong after listening to it. This song will forever be iconic.
8. "Bye, Bye, Bye" by NSYNC
Everyone loves boy bands especially when Justin Timberlake is part of it. I don't know whether to love or hate this song for being so catchy.
9. "Hips Don't Lie" by Shakira
Never really knew that she could dance like this... whether you have any Spanish or Latino descent this song makes you feel like you can shake your hips better than Shakira herself.
10. "Lose Yourself" by Eminem
This song goes in... hard. Eminem made this song iconic with his movie "8 Mile." There's no way you don't know how to rap to this song, especially when it comes to "Mom's Spaghetti."
