On Saturday, a reliably red seat was made a little bluer. David Brill, the Democrat challenging Paul Gosar, the Republican incumbent, released a campaign ad featuring six siblings of Paul Gosar, critically calling out their brother on several issues.

Jennifer Gosar, a medical interpreter says, "This isn't just about Paul, this is about family." The six siblings claim that Paul Gosar is not working for Arizonans, rather, for himself. One family member, in particular, David Gosar, caught the attention of David Brill because of his Twitter account that exists just for the purpose of calling out his brother.

Gosar's mother is supporting Paul, she says, "I share the same philosophy and policies that Paul does," she continues, "He's done a hell of a job for Arizona, and they love him." It all started when Paul told his brother that he believed the story that former President Barack Obama was born outside of the U.S. David was in shock and could not believe that he was elected. This all happened in 2010 when the Tea Party Movement spread like wildfire across the country.

While Brill may be trying to win this seat, RCP has Gosar's chances of winning at 99.9%.

It's almost impossible that Brill will win in November. Many siblings have previously endorsed opponents, however, the number of siblings that endorsed Brill is unusual. With a family of 10 people, the odds of multiple siblings going against their sibling is relatively high.

80,000 people voted for Gosar in the Republican Primary where 16,000 voted for David Brill. The race is almost sure to be in the Republican win column. It just goes to show that you can be vulnerable to any type of criticism, even from your family. It seems that his siblings will not stop to make sure they get their point of view across. November 6th is under 50 days away, we'll have to wait to see if any more bomb will be dropped onto this race.

Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
