As the cold winter months continue their quick approach, the binge-watching season does as well. I myself have recently finished many of my previous binge-watches, and I have been in search of something new, and Netflix has not disappointed.
1. "Pretty Little Liars"
I have recommended this show to everyone who wants a little drama, but not the same-show-every-episode feeling. I have frequently sat down to watch two episodes and accidentally watch eight, which is perfect if you have a free afternoon.
2. "Fuller House"
I just finished the first installment of season three, and I am anxiously awaiting the release of part two next month. "Fuller House" gives you all of the nostalgia of Full House with a modern twist and a new generation of Tanners.
3. "Gilmore Girls"
This show is perfect for when you feel a little homesick and need a good laugh. Apart from that, the gif says it all.
4. "Stranger Things"
I just started this show after Season 2 was released, and half of campus recommended it to me. It seems pretty interesting so far, and I am still waiting to catch up on all of the references that are being made. (When do the waffles come in?)
5. "American Horror Story"
This show isn't all that scary, but some of the gore does make me nauseous. I watch this with my roommate who can't watch it alone.
6. "How I Met Your Mother"
This is the OG binge-watch. I watched all nine seasons in spring of my junior year of high school, and it is honestly a classic.
7. "Cheer Squad"
I have watched this show with several of my friends to teach them all about cheerleading, and we have probably watched the first season (the only one on Netflix) about 20 times.
8. "That 70s Show"
"That 70s Show" is awesome whether you watch one episode (my favorite is Season 4 Episode 24) or all of them, and each is only ~20 minutes, so you can get your fix in very little time.
9. "Gossip Girl"
This one got spoiled for me, and I'm still really sad about it, but I might try and get back into it because I still can't get enough Chuck and Blair.
10. "Futurama"
The only seasons are the revival, but Futurama fills me with delight no matter what.
11. "Glee"
Glee was one of Fox's best shows (at least for the first three seasons) and it will forever hold a special place in my heart.
12. "Girl Meets World"
Although this isn't "Boy Meets World," Riley Matthews and her gang are just so cute you can't help but love them.
...but nothing will replace "One Tree Hill."
