As the weather gets warmer and the days get longer it only means one thing in Charleston...rooftop season! Being on the water gives Charleston, South Carolina a huge advantage when it comes to happy hours and meals. If you need a break from your busy schedule or just want to enjoy the sunset overlooking gorgeous Downtown Charleston then these rooftop spots are a must!

1. The Watch Rooftop Kitchen & Spirits

The Watch is the best place on the peninsula to catch the sunset hands down overlooking Wentworth and the ocean.

2. The Vendue Rooftop

The Vendue is a must for happy hour which is Monday-Thursday from 4-7. It's hard to beat champagne overlooking the beautiful Charleston harbor and even harder when it's discounted.

3. Market Pavilion Hotel

What's better than a rooftop bar? A rooftop bar with a pool!

4. Stars Restaurant

Stars is the ideal brunch spot on the weekends. At Stars you can treat yourself to an all you can eat brunch buffet for just $24.95 with $3 mimosas.

5. Eleve at the Grand Bohemian Hotel Charleston

The Grand Bohemian Hotel has the comfiest and trendiest chairs to sit back and sip your favorite drink on.

7. Carolina Ale House
