With finals right around the corner, it is a busy and stressful time for all of us. Finishing up those last projects, papers and take home quizzes really can take a toll on your mental and physical health. Sometimes you just need to sit back and take a deep breath. I have brought together a list of the most relaxing and calming GIFs that I could find. Yes, your grades are important but remember that your health is also important, so take some time for yourself every now and then.

1. This first one is a personal favorite of mine. If you feel your anxiety coming on, just breathe in sync with the GIF.

2. The ball does the transition so smoothly.

3. This little fella is pretty calming to just watch.

4. This one is a reminder to appreciate the small things like the cup of coffee you have in the mornings.

5. Who doesn't love the ocean?

6. Watching the rain fall is a great thing to do.

7. I like the perspective on this one.

8. This has the most subtle movement to it, and that drags you in.

9. I just really like watching the rain fall down the glass.

10. Last but not least, the calming cat. This GIF is the best. Just watch it go back and forth and soon your breathing will slow and you will become calm.
