Is the iPhone 7 really something to die over or it it just old news already? Without a plug for headphones, how will teenagers blast their music in the aux cord? There aren't many other upgrades to the new iPhone 7. Apple always seems to catch everyone’s attention with their, computers, watches, phones and much much more. It seems like they just fell short of impressment this time. As someone who’s father still have the iPhone 4, it always amazes me to see that it still works and that it hasn’t fallen too far behind on the upgrades. You are still able to find iPhone 4 chargers, and frankly they last a little bit longer. While his phone is a little slow, and it doesn’t do everything a iPhone 5 and up can do, it still lives to his basic necessities. The Apple Watches were a big hit, selling over 12 million watches. After that people thought Apple couldn’t do anything but go up at this point.
The iPhone 6s plus has made a huge impact on the iPhone 5 and even the 6. The iPhone 6s plus and 6 plus, introduced us to “big and better” things, or just phones. There wasn’t anything very special to the “plus” of it, except for the fact that it was bigger. I mean, i know my hand isn’t big enough to hold and be able to text with that big of any phone. The iPhone 6s was a big difference though, they added a “live” feature to taking pictures. This means that when you want to take a picture and the “live” feature is on, then it will capture the time before and after the picture was actually taken. To see that all you had to do was click and hold over the picture. There were many more things that they had changed and added to the iPhone 6s compared to the 7.
That leads me into the fact that the 6s was one of the biggest jumps that iPhones had taken in awhile. With that huge leap into new things, you would think they would have more features to add to their newest phone. The iPhone 6s was $549 compared to $399 for an iPhone 6. The iPhone 6s and 7 both cost the same amount. The first thing I thought to myself was, how is it that new, if it cost the same amount as the iPhone 6s? Well one thing the iPhone 7 does is has more GB (256) depending on the kind that you purchase. It gives you up to 2 hours more battery life then the iPhone 6s, they have new colors to choose from like, gold, jet black, black, and rose gold, but getting rid of the space grey. The biggest change and most controversial one would be the getting rid of the headphones plug. It changes the way cars start to be made, because it will be harder to put in the aux cord and play music in your car, now you have to plug in something through the charging slot, then put in the aux cord. That just seems like a little too much of a hassle to me.
