Being college students we all juggle many different responsibilities and activities. It can be hard to find time to cook and meal prep. I know many of us want recipes that are delicious, easy to make, and pretty healthy. It can be hard though to find that perfect recipe that satisfies those three components, especially when it comes to desserts.

These three sweet treats will not only satisfy your sweet tooth, but they are also not bad for you. Made with ingredients like fruit, dark chocolate, yogurt, and with no added sugar these are the perfect sweet treats to enjoy during anytime of the day, and not feel guilty about.

Another plus these little deserts are super easy to make so any college student on the go can make them with no problem. With minimal ingredients these are the perfect desserts to batch make on Sunday to last you through the week.

So enjoy these late at night when you get a sugar rush or enjoy them anytime during the day when you need a sweet pick me up.

Recipes:

1. Berry Yogurt Bites:

These little bites of goodness are delicious, sweet, and healthy. They are super easy to make because they only have 2 ingredients. So any college student can make these with no problem at all!

Ingredients:

1/3 cup Raspberry

1/3 cup Kiwi

1/3 cup Blueberry

Honey

1 cup of Yogurt

1/4 cup Yogurt

Instructions:

1) Combine the yogurt and honey into a large bowl. Then mix until well combined.

2) Then add in the raspberry, kiwi, and blueberries

3) Then sprinkle on some granola and then place cupcake liners in 12 cupcake cavities. Fill in each with equal amounts of the yogurt mixture

4) Then freeze Greek yogurt bites for at least 4 hours before serving

5) Let the yogurt bites sit at room temperature for 1-2 minutes

6) Enjoy!

2. Blueberry-Lemon Yogurt Bites:

These blueberry yogurt bites are creamy, decadent, and satisfying, and are definitely worth spending a little time making. Another plus they only have 4 ingredients!

Ingredients:

1 1/4 cup Blueberries

2 tbsp honey

1 tsp Vanilla

2/3 Cup Greek Yogurt

Instructions:

1) Combine the yogurt, honey, and vanilla into a large bowl. Then mix until well combined.

2) Then add in the blueberries

3) Then place cupcake liners in 12 cupcake cavities. Fill in each with equal amounts of the yogurt mixture

4) Then freeze Greek yogurt bites for at least 4 hours before serving

3. Dark Chocolate Banana Yogurt Bites:

This last little yogurt bite is made with chocolate, banana, and peanut-butter. Three ingredients that were definitely made for each other. Trust me when I say these are too delicious not to make.

Ingredients:

Dark Chocolate Chips

3 Ripe Banana

2 tbs of Peanut-Butter

1 Cup of Yogurt

Instructions:

1) Mash your banana

2) Then add in the yogurt and peanut-butter into the banana mash and mix well

3) Next put your mixture into a muffin tin with muffin or cupcake liners filled to the top

4) Then add 1 banana slice to each muffin and sprinkle on the dark chocolate chips

5) Then store them in the freezer

6) Enjoy!
