Music is something that can be so powerful to a person. It can change your mood or trigger a memory that you forgot even happen. Music has become a big part of peoples' lives that you can tell how someone feels by what they're listening to. But it can also help a person recharge. Introverts are people who can get physically and mentally drained when they're around people for too long and sometimes they just need to recharge. Music is a great escape from reality and can allow an introvert to really get out of their head and recharge. Here are a few of my personal favorite songs to listen to when I need a recharge (some I stole from my boyfriend's playlists).
