Passover is a Jewish holiday celebrating the release from slavery and Exodus from Egypt. During these eight days, Jews do not eat bread/bread products. This is reflective on when they quickly left Egypt and there wasn't enough time for their bread to rise.

Many dread Passover, because of the 8 days without many of our favorites-bagels, pizza, pasta, sandwiches...just to name a few. But, this Passover, get excited for the endless possibilities with your matzo! (Traditional unleavened bread eaten on Passover) Here are some easy, yet delicious recipes to get you started!

1. Matzo Pizza

A classic! Everyone's favorite flatbread pizza lunch! But rather than just putting marinara sauce and shredded cheese directly on matzo, crush the matzo,mix it with water and make it on the stove in a pan!
