"Parks and Recreation" is hands down one of the best television shows out there. It's funny, it's lighthearted, and has an amazing set of characters. Here are most of the Parks and Recreation characters ranked from pretty good to very good.

Tammy Two

Ron's second ex-wife and best ex-wife, this "sewer dwelling gutter witch" does the most outrageous things to get Ron's attention, and I can't help but admire her tenacity and sociopathic tendencies.

Jerry Gergich

Don't act shocked- I know you have a sweet spot for Jerry, too. From his "fart attacks" to his daily blunders, Jerry always gives me a good laugh.

Chris Traeger

Chris can be a little annoying at times, but his general friendliness and genuine personality keep him in my top 15.

Perd Hapley

If "Lights, Camera, Perd" was a real show, I'd be its biggest fan.

Joan Callamezzo

Joan is one of the oddest journalists I've seen on TV, but she fits in pretty well with the rest of Pawnee.

Mona Lisa

She may technically be the worst, but she also has some of the most iconic lines and funniest facial expressions. "MONEY PLEASEEE!!"

Li'l Sebastian

I mean, he's a miniature horse for crying out loud.

Ann Perkins

This "rule-breaking moth" is Leslie's most loyal friend, and that's why she'll always be on the top of the list. Ann has a good head on her shoulders, and even though she gets swept up in her boyfriends' personalities from time to time, she ends up learning something about herself through every relationship.

Tom Haverford

The counterpart to Treat Yo Self, this egocentric dwarf-sized adult has an incredible fashion sense and a great life motto: "Sometimes you gotta work a little, so you can ball a lot."

Donna Meagle

Three words: Treat Yo Self. Donna is confident, independent, and sassy. She's a loyal friend and an overall boss.

Ben Wyatt

Ben is a sweet, sweet nerd, and it is impossible to not love him. When he was first introduced in the show, he seemed coarse and uptight, but as he got closer to Leslie, we learned that he just puts up a front and is actually a really nice guy.

Andy Dwyer

Andy/Burt Macklin/Johnny Karate is neither street smart nor book smart, but he tries really hard and that's all that matters. Not to mention, he's a lovable goof and a great husband to April.

Leslie Knope

Leslie can be overwhelming from time to time, but she does everything with the best intentions in mind, and at the end of the day, she just wants to see her loved ones happy.

April Ludgate

Aubrey Plaza, who plays April, does a good job of maintaining an expressionless face for pretty much the entire show. April's deadpan humor eventually grew on me and seeing her and Ron bonding over their mutual hate for people is heart-warming.

Ron Swanson

Ron is a 10/10. He gives great advice, he understands the value of good breakfast food, and there literally isn't anything he can't do. Also, his laugh is actually an intense giggle and it's the funniest thing on the entire show.

Small towns certainly have their pros and cons. Many people who grow up in small towns find themselves counting the days until they get to escape their roots and plant new ones in bigger, "better" places. And that's fine. I'd be lying if I said I hadn't thought those same thoughts before too. We all have, but they say it's important to remember where you came from. When I think about where I come from, I can't help having an overwhelming feeling of gratitude for my roots. Being from a small town has taught me so many important lessons that I will carry with me for the rest of my life.

I can't say "thank you" enough to express how grateful I am for you coming into my life. You have made such a huge impact on my life. I would not be the person I am today without you and I know that you will keep inspiring me to become an even better version of myself.

Course registration at college can be a big hassle and is almost never talked about. Classes you want to take fill up before you get a chance to register. You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Challah vs. Easter Bread: A Delicious Dilemma

Is there really such a difference in Challah bread or Easter Bread?

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
