Being able to call myself an Orientation Leader is one of the things that I pride myself on most. I never expected to fall so in love with a job and I never expected to get so much out of one summer job. The following is a list of things that you can relate to if you have been an orientation leader.

1. You've met friends that you will keep for the rest of your life.

2. You drank entirely too much coffee during the actual orientation sessions.

3. You still reminisce on stories that happened during the summer.

4. You gained tremendous professional skills in such a short amount of time.

5. You made a complete fool out of yourself to make the freshmen more comfortable.

6. You know more about the school than most people.

7. You were super close with your boss and they probably know more about you than they ever wanted too.

8. You look forward all school year to next summer so you can start training for orientation again.

9. Your co-workers during the summer weren't just co-workers but people that you came to view as family.

10. Being an orientation leader changed your life for the better.
