Hello there,

Oh Autumn, how happy I am to know that you are finally here! The weather is finally starting to cool down, which is absolutely wonderful, and it is great to be able to not be dying of heat stoke every minute of every day! Did I mention that you are my favorite season? Spring, summer, and winter are equally great in their own ways, but you are my favorite season by far.

There are a few reasons why I always look forward to you each year. Like I already mentioned, the weather starts to cool down and it becomes sweater weather! SWEATER WEATHER! Shorts are nice for the summer, but there is something special about getting to wear pants, long sleeves, and sweaters in the fall! One might argue that you could wear these same clothes in the winter or in the spring, but you would also need to bundle up in a jacket and winter stuff! It is nice to be able to not have to wear all the layers when walking around, but to rather dress in comfy things!

Another thing that I really like about you is that the change in the weather and the temperature also signals that it is time for the leaves to start changing colors! This is one of my favorite things to watch during the fall! It is beautiful to see all the leaves that were once green suddenly become various shades of read, pink, yellow, and orange. The warm colors of fall really put me in the mood for fall!

Another reason I am one of your number one fan's is that autumn also calls for hot apple cider! Some people may be obsessed with pumpkin everything, but I am truly drawn to the apple cider stuff! It is delicious, warm, and I drink it way too much during this awesome season!

Thank you for always being my favorite season. You are truly great!

You might change your mind about a class you want to take and must struggle to find another class to fit in the same time period. You also have to make sure no classes clash by time. Like I said, it's a big hassle.

This semester, I was waitlisted for two classes. Most people in this situation, especially first years, freak out because they don't know what to do. Here is what you should do when this happens.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
