I am one of the people that never reaches at least one hundred likes on social media. To be honest, I don't care. Other people care about getting at least one hundred likes on social media. To be honest, I think it is bad to care about getting at least one hundred likes on social media. Next thing you know, you start caring about people liking you. You end up getting more followers and seeing that having too many followers is a burden. You end up altering your posting style just to get more likes. You end up changing yourself to get more likes. You end up feeling happy only when you have more likes. Now, you depend on others to make you happy. Now, you are a narcissist.
See the likes as "this person says that he or she saw your post." Then, you will feel better and see that your posting style is good enough. I want to post the way I want. I do not want the likes to change that. On Instagram, I like to use reels because I can add music with my pictures and videos. I have always wished for an opportunity to use music with my posts. Plus, I will not waste the audio. They are there for a reason so why not use them? I noticed that I get fewer likes now whenever I use the reels. So what? Someone might tell me that I should not put audio or use my story icon to get more likes and viewers. Excuse me? Give up putting audio? I can't do that. Use story icon instead? No! I can't put a lot of hashtags in my story. At least with reels, I have everything. Likes/viewers, hashtags, and audio.
Happiness is fake when you say that you only feel happy when you have at least one hundred likes. That's just your narcissism talking.
