Country music is something you either love or hate. I happen to be on the latter part of that scale. It just isn't my cup of tea. Much of the student population at my school likes country. I hear it often--from listening to it in people's cars to having country singers come for our big events each year. I think all my friends know how I feel about this music genre, but why not use "The Office" to describe how I feel too!

1. What I look like when country music comes on.

2. How I feel on the inside.

3. Not knowing the songs, so you have to miss out on a jam session.

4. Me when my friend asks, "How do you not love this song?!"

5. When they skip to the next song, and it's another country song.

6. Me (sometimes) liking what I'm hearing and forgetting that it's country.

7. But then I realize what I'm doing, and go back to acting like country is the worst thing ever.

Country music isn't my thing. I do, however, think it's so nice how much country music makes fans feel so happy.

Here are some examples of those times where you had my back and I forgot to pat your back for saving me:

The Unwritten Rules Of "Talking"

What is "talking?" How does one "talk?"

Now that it seems “talking” is the new way to date, and will stay that way until another idiotic term is used to describe the people who can’t settle down and just date someone, I feel as if it’s time to go over the unwritten rules of “talking.”

Rule 1. Having feeling without feeling.
