Electronic Dance Music (EDM), is one of the most invigorating genres of music and it brings unparalleled energy with it. Wether is it's an uplifting future bass track, or a driving big room hard style track the energy remains the same for this amazing type of music. People of all different personal music tastes can enjoy this amazing genre solely because of the energy that it brings to the listener. Anyone who has seen or attended any music festival is a first hand witness of what this genre is capable of. Festivals such as Tomorrowland, Ultra, or Eletronic Daisy Carnival (EDC) are all known for specializing in this type of music. Videos can be seen on YouTube of hundreds of thousands of people all having fun together under the stars, dancing to this amazing feat of musicality. To me, that is what is special about this genre, the power to bring people together. People from all of the world gather together for these festivals for the common love of EDM, and with that leave their differences behind wether that be politics, or cultural and celebrate the beauty of life and music together. In today's polarizing world, humanity needs more of these events that can bring people together and allow humans to become more unified. A house divided cannot stand, so if we can use a common love of music to help enable humanity to become closer together, then by all means, throw the biggest music festival possible. Invite all of humanity to party and celebrate life as one big human family.
