What is a MONQ? MONQ. Essential Oil Diffuser
Start writing a post

Personally, vaping and using e-cigarettes have not attracted me. Yet, I live in the city of San Francisco where both of these items are commonly used. Just by walking around Dolores Park or down the Castro, the smells are either bitter or sweet. One day, I was on instagram and these MonQ ads would pop up. I was very annoyed about them popping up so often but I had never actually read about them until last year. MONQ stands for Modifying One's Natural Qualia. The purpose for this is for bettering our environment and bettering our stimulation simultaneously. The first one I bought was named HAPPY. My HAPPY MONQ was made up of a fennel, thyme, and vanilla blend. My MONQ lasted me around three months. Occasionally, they should last around a month though. I felt happier within those three months too. Even my friends noticed.

Helps in a More Natural Way!

I found out MONQs are not bad at all. MONQs are made up of the same vaporizing technology but do not contain tobacco, nicotine, artificial ingredients, GMOs, gluten, diacetyl, or propylene glycol. MONQs are aromatherapy essential oil diffusers used by mouth and exhaled by nose. They do not harm your lungs either. The best part of these is that they are not tested on animals. MONQs can either be sold individually or in sets. Individually they are sold for $20 online or by store. There are deals when getting the sets and holiday sales every other week. They are small and very aesthetic looking as well.

Currently, I am using both the relieve and happy MONQs. My friends also own a pair of MONQs and use them throughout their days. I noticed that my stress levels have decreased and that I have happier days with less to no mood swings. I never thought I would use something like this but it has really changed my life. Try to see if MONQs are right for you.

Around the age of 12, when I was deciding whether or not to be gay, Satan appeared on my left shoulder. “Ramsssey,” he said with that telltale lisp. “Come over to our side. We have crazy partiessss.” He made a strong case, bouncing up and down on my shoulder with six-pack abs and form-fitting Calvin Kleins. An angel popped up on the other shoulder and was going to warn me about something, but Satan interrupted- “Shut up, you crusty-ass bitch!’ The angel was pretty crusty. She disappeared, and from that moment forward I was gay.

Senior Year Is Here And I Am So Not Ready For It

I was you not that long ago. I was once an eager freshman, a searching sophomore, and a know-it-all junior. Now? Now I am a risk taker. Not the type that gets you in trouble with your parents, but the type that changes your future. Senior year is exciting. A lot of awesome things come along with being the top-dog of the school, but you, right now, are building the foundation for the next 4 years that you will spend in high school. I know you've heard it all. "Get involved", "You'll regret not going to prom", "You're going to miss this". As redundant as these seem, they're true. Although I am just at the beginning of my senior year, I am realizing how many lasts I am encountering.

Why Driving Drives Me Crazy

the highways are home

With Halloween quickly approaching, I have been talking to coworkers about what scares us. There are always the obvious things like clowns, spiders, heights, etc. But me? There are a number things I don't like: trusting strangers, being yelled at, being in life or death situations, parallel parking. All of these are included when you get behind the wheel of a car.
