There will be times where you find yourself in a rough position. Whether it's school, work, family, friends, relationships... whatever it may be. You will find yourself stressed. You will find yourself tired. You will find yourself in a position where you don't know what to do. Don't give up. You have to remember to love yourself. Accept yourself.
Even when you feel like you're drowning.
We have all been there. We have all felt like there's too much on our plate. During this time, you will feel drained. You will feel tired. You will feel like there's too much to do. You will tell yourself you just need a break. School is draining. Work is draining. Let's face it, sometimes, everything is draining at one point in your life. Don't give up. You have to remember to love yourself. Accept yourself.
Even when you want to give up.
The thought of giving up has crossed your mind at one point. You have had this thought when there was just too much to handle. You have had this thought when tough times just keep reoccurring. You have had this thought when things just got too hard. Don't give up. You have to remember to love yourself. Accept yourself.
Even when you don't find yourself lovable.
We know this feeling all too well. For many, many different reasons. We have all felt unworthy. We have all felt useless. We have all felt betrayed. We have all been let down, hurt. We have all found ourselves to be in this position. We can't give up. We have to remember to love ourselves. Accept ourselves.
Love yourself for who you are.
Don't let anyone bring you down to the point that you don't love and accept yourself for who you are. There will be a time or two where you feel like you have no one to lean on or talk to. There will be a time where you are the only person that can get yourself through the situation or position you are in. There will be times where you ask yourself; "what do I do?" You pray. You love yourself. Accept yourself. You do you, for you. No matter what. Don't give up. You are NOT alone.
