I love adventure. Plain and simple. It fuels my future goals and aspirations. I live my life around having adventures.
I love adventure because it is spontaneous. It might seem crazy to someone who likes stability and is afraid of the unknown, but to me it is exhilarating. Some of my best adventures in life were never planned, but simply decided on a whim. T
o be spontaneous, you must be open-minded and forget about all that could go wrong or what could stop you from experiencing something amazing. Sometimes when you let your fears get in the way, you miss out on an adventure. Not every adventure is spontaneous, but sometimes even just taking a joy ride in the depths of autumn with friends can be just as fun as planning a trip elsewhere.
I love adventure because it is a lifestyle. To have a bucket list in short reach is a way I want to live life. It’s not that I just want the satisfaction of crossing off another place on my list; it reminds me that there is more to life than what’s in front of you. I want to experience all I can in the time that’s given to me. I feel as though it’s important to forget what’s holding you back and just go do what you’ve always dreamed about.
What’s stopping you?
Save up the money, take a vacation, and go live your dream because that’s what life is about. Living a lifestyle where adventure comes first can lead you to many amazing experiences.
I love adventure because it’s different every time. Each experience is unique, depending on where you go, when you go, who you go with, or even if alone. So many factors lead to different experiences and, therefore, each is special in their own way.
Even if you visit the same place multiple times, you will find something new and exciting each time you go. That’s what’s special about adventure- there’s no limit to it. Adventure is what YOU make of the experience; not what travel bloggers and magazines have to say about it.
Whether you hike Mount Everest, bike ride through the woods, swim with manatees, or just dip your toes in at the base of a waterfall, it’s all different but all beautiful. And that is why I love it.
I love adventure because there is no rule book or written requirements, it is truly what you make of it.
