It took me quite some time to figure this out, so I wanted to save you the time, money, and energy and provide you with a list of five books that I think will make a huge impact in your life, no matter what you're going through.

Practical Meditation for Beginners by Benjamin W. Decker

Learning how to meditate was one of the best decisions I have ever made. It helps me to relax, stay calm, and have deeper nights of rest. I definitely recommend this book to start your journey.

The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz

This is one of the first self help books I have ever read, many many years ago. I still turn to it for advice.

The Good Energy Book by Tess Whitehurst

This book guides you through step by step information to help you live a positive life through all situations and challenges.

The Tao of the Pooh by Benjamin Hoff

This is the sweetest book and brings up so many great points in living your best life.

The Mindful Twenty-Something by Holly B. Rogers, MD

This is honestly a book for every person in their twenty's absolutely has to read. It will get you through stressful exam weeks, interviews, and help you concentrate on yourself while being stress-free.
