Make Someone's Day With The Smallest Act Of Kindness 5/28

"You look BEAUTIFUL today!"

"I LOVE your shirt, where is it from?"

"You have such a PRETTY smile!"

Those are just some sayings that are proven to enhance your happiness. A compliment can change someone's mood completely! Something as simple as a smile can brighten someone's entire day. What better way to make someone smile than a compliment? They are free, kind, and can also make you feel better!

So I CHALLENGE YOU: this week give at least 5 compliments a day! Notice how warm it makes you feel inside and how nice it feels to see someone else smile because of something you said. Need an even bigger challenge? Give those compliments to random people whom you rarely or have never talked to!

I decided to give my compliments to people I have never and probably will never meet. The people behind the success, behind the screens, the people that don't even realize they bring millions of smiles to peoples faces every day! "Who?" you may ask. The hard workers that spend days working on providing you with your favorite ice cream, snack, hair product, clothing, and beyond!

Personally, the only time I ever reach out to a company is if my shipping is late or they got my order wrong... can you imagine reading complaint after complaint all day?! I promise that is NOT a mood enhancer. But having an email pop up that says THANK YOU! Now that, that will make someone's day!

MY PROJECT:

I emailed over 45 companies, here are some of my favorites:) Not only were they appreciative of some kind words but some even sent free products or handwritten thank you letters.

I received a Thank You email from all the companies expressing their gratitude for my gratitude! Although I couldn't see the smile on their faces, I could feel the happiness from their kind responses:)

Don't wait for happiness, go out and get it! Make someone's day with the littlest act of kindness!!! You can, and you will:)
