An Open Letter To My Younger Brother

To my little brother,

Well I guess you're not really my "little" brother anymore. I can't believe how old you're getting, like seriously stop growing up. Where do I even start? I want to thank you for being you. Life honestly would not be the same without you. I want to thank you for always being my partner in crime and being down to do anything crazy with me, even if that means us getting in trouble. You are truly my best friend and I don't know if many people can say that about their younger brothers.

We are four years apart, but that doesn't mean anything. You are always there for me, no matter what and I couldn't thank you enough for that. If I am in need of a shoulder to cry on or a joke to cheer me up I can always count on to be there. It's been like that since we were younger. You are over protective of me and even though I don't like that, I thank you for that. You know me better than anyone and still accept me, even though you really don't have a choice. You trust me with everything and I don't want anything to ever change that. I want you to know that I will always be here for you and have your best interest at heart. Trust me we all make mistakes, but look at it this way, I made a lot so the pressure isn't on you as much.

My best friends look at you as their little brother and your friends are my little brothers so we all want the best for all of you. As your older sister I try to set the best example as possible for you to follow. I am so proud of all your accomplishments so far and you have so many more to come. Your future is so bright, don't let anything or anyone ruin that! Whatever you decide to do in life, I will be behind you 100% (if its a good decision). You are one of a kind and one of the most caring people I have ever met. Stay that way.

I just want you to know that I love you so much and that will never change. We have each other no matter what and I want you to always remember that. Sorry for getting so emotional, you know how I am!
