Finals week often entails some very high-highs and some low-lows.You're about to go through a whirlwind of emotions and experiences in the next week, but don't worry, you're not alone. Leslie Knope knows exactly how you feel.

Here is finals week, as told by Leslie Knope from "Parks and Recreation":

1. When you look ahead at the coming week and feel pure dread

One of the worst parts about finals is how overwhelming it is. Just thinking about how much i have to do gives me anxiety.

2. When someone asks if you're stressed

It's sort of like when someone asks why you're mad, but you weren't mad at all. However, now that they have suggested that you are, you're suddenly pissed. If I'm stressed, mentioning how stressed I seem doesn't help reduce my stress. Please stop talking to me.

3. Trying to convince yourself that you are going to do well on your exams

Keep telling yourself that you are going to pass and it just might happen.

4. When your parents call to see how finals are going

You may feel near death all week, but just remember that it will all be over soon.

5. When you get to a low point during the week

Remind yourself that it will all be okay in the end. If you get an A or a D, life will go on. You'll be alright and in a week you'll be done with school until August. That is some great motivation.

6. When you realize that you're failing so you try to argue your way into extra credit

Finals can sneak up on you, so your grades may not be where you need them to be. It's time to suck up to your professors and point out every little thing you do that could possibly warrant earning extra credit. If you're like Leslie, maybe its knowing the word bathroom.

7. The moment you look at the test after deciding the night before that you didn't need to study

When it gets around to your last final it is easy to convince yourself that you don't need to study. However when you look at the exam you are going to regret that decision.

8. When you get out of your last final

Go ahead and do your happy dance. You deserve it.

9. When you think about all the fun things you get to do this summer

Ice cream, tanning, going to the pool and NO HOMEWORK are just a few things you have to look forward to in the coming months. Now that finals are over, you can finally get excited for all these things.

10. Getting used to living at home again

It can be hard to readjust, but don't worry, you'll be back in the swing of things in no time.

11. When you get your final grades back

You really thought you killed it, but when you finally see your grades, its a different story. Hmmm how are you going to tell mom and dad?

12. Trying to justify how terrible you did

If finals didn't go the way you had hoped, that's totally fine. Your GPA doesn't define you. Who needs to know math when we have calculators, right?

Finals week can be extremely stressful and hard to get through. Hopefully, knowing Leslie Knope feels the same will help you make it through. You just have to make it a few more days. I believe in you, and so does Leslie.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
