When you are nice to to other people it can make you AND others feel better. Doing one simple act of kindness each day can help others have a great day!
1. Check up on your friends
Send them and text and ask them if they are doing okay or just tell them that you love them and miss them.
2. Write a kind thought on a sticky note and put it in a public place
3. Leave an anonymous note
You can leave an anonymous note to your professor, friend or co-worker!
4. Pay it forward
Next time you are in a drive thru, you can pay for the next person's meal!
5. Send someone you know a small gift in the mail
It does not have to be big, a small gift will go a long way!
6. Leave change in the vending machine
You can even add a little sticky note and tape it to the vending machine so someone else can use it!
7. Take flowers to a hospital ward
You can give it to someone who does not get a lot of visitors and make their day!
8. Tip your server well
AND be sure to leave them a complement as well!
9. Visit a nursing home
Hang out with someone who does not get a lot of visitors and make their day.
10. Send a card to someone overseas!
Make their day!
