1. I know you really want to, but DO. NOT. PANIC.
2. Get used to the coffee intake, or even supplement it for energy drinks. However, the amount of cups you drink; you should double your water intake.
3. Exercise. Go on a walk. Go on a run. Do something active.
4. Do your work early!!!!!
5. Study early, rest later.
6. Make a list of everything you need to complete of a daily basis rather than a monthly basis.
7. This may sound contradicting, but you need sleep. All nighters are horrible on your body.
8. If you're suffering from a mental illness and are feeling stressed, seek counseling at your university.
9. It is difficult, but make sure to eat healthy snacks, and give your body the nutrition it needs.
10. Change up your study habits. make it fun, even rewarding.
