I have found the key to great iced coffee, and it is called cold brew. I invested in a cold brew coffee maker about a year ago. I have experimented with it for a while and have finally nailed it. I fill my cold brew with coffee and let it sit overnight for the best flavor. Cold brew that has been brewing for a day or two is the best coffee you can drink hands down.
Instead of using creamer thats full of fat and sugar, use a pre-made protein shake. I personally use the premier protein shakes in the flavor vanilla. These are my favorite because the flavor compliments the coffee a lot. There is so much protein in one shake too! If I drink a large iced coffee in the morning and I am able to squeeze half a shake in there, I won't want to eat until dinner that night. I have no idea if this is healthy, but i enjoy it.
