It's October, which means one thing: HALLOWEEN! Halloween is a very widely loved and celebrated holiday. Who doesn't love dressing up and doing gore makeup? Whether you stay in and hand out candy or take a little kid trick-or-treating so that you can get candy too (we all do it) I think we can all relate to the Belcher family on Halloween.
1. Waking up and realizing it's Halloween!
It's finally the only acceptable day to show your Halloween enthusiasm by wearing a costume!
2. When you're a little too excited to wear your Halloween apparel
As if no one knew it was Halloween, you have to sport all the orange you have! Go out there and show off your Halloween earrings, necklace, headband, and socks!
3. Trying to make really last minute touches to your costume
No matter how much effort you put into your homemade costume, it can always be better....until you have to rush to perfect it and just end up not caring anymore.
4. When night time rolls around and it's finally acceptable to change into your costume
Your costume took you all month to put together! You can't wait to show it off.
5. When you and your friends find the houses with the good candy
Yes, the candy jackpot.
6. When an adult tries telling you that you're too old to trick-or-treat
Lies. Lies. Lies!
7. Feeling the judgment from little kids and their parents when you and your friends are trick-or-treating
I feel the judgment, and I don't appreciate it. Let us big kids enjoy Halloween, too!
8. Raiding your candy and going into a candy coma
So. Much. Candy.
9. The day after Halloween, when it is acceptable to start celebrating Christmas
It's never too early to start celebrating a holiday!
