God promises that:

1. He loves me unconditionally. There is nothing I can do to take away His love for me.

For I am convinced that neither death nor life, neither angels nor demons, neither the present nor the future, nor any powers, 39 neither height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God that is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Romans 8:38-39

2. I have an eternal home in Heaven, and I am always protected.

I lift up my eyes to the mountains—
where does my help come from?
2 My help comes from the Lord,
the Maker of heaven and earth.

3 He will not let your foot slip—
he who watches over you will not slumber;
4 indeed, he who watches over Israel
will neither slumber nor sleep.

5 The Lord watches over you—
the Lord is your shade at your right hand;
6 the sun will not harm you by day,
nor the moon by night.

7 The Lord will keep you from all harm—
he will watch over your life;
8 the Lord will watch over your coming and going

both now and forevermore.

3. I am redeemed.

For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.

4. He will prosper me, and not harm me.

For I know the plans for you declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.

Jeremiah 29:11

5. He promises strength through faith

I can do all things through Christ who gives me strength

Philippians 4:13

Surely, Lord, you bless the righteous;
you surround them with your favor as with a shield.

Psalm 5:12

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?
