Disney

Guess what? Not only can you get paid to watch "The Office," now you can get paid to watch Disney movies!

A company called Upgraded Points is asking one person to watch 12 Disney movies along with their remakes and compare them. They are offering $1,000, a free month of Disney+, and a $100 gift card for snacks and tickets to see "Mulan."

You will be asked to watch all of these movies (yes, all 24) and be expected to finish your responsibilities in one month. Which, if you break it down, equals about $41 (ish) per movie you watch! Not too shabby.

They will provide you with comprehensive worksheets to consider and fill out as you watch the movies and they also want you to post to your Facebook and Twitter accounts about your watch-journey as you go.

The chosen applicant will have until April 30 to finish the movies and all of the worksheets that go along with them.

The movies the lucky applicant selected will need to watch are:

  • "Alice in Wonderland"
  • "Mulan"
  • "Cinderella"
  • "101 Dalmations"
  • "The Jungle Book"
  • "Aladdin"
  • "Lady and the Tramp"
  • "Beauty and the Beast"
  • "Dumbo"
  • "The Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh"
  • "Sleeping Beauty"
  • "The Lion King"
Upgraded Points is looking for a Disney fanatic who loves to watch and gush about movies. Sound like you? Head to their application page and sign up! The winner will be announced on March 25.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
