The Top 4 Places I Want To Travel To In The Future

Like every typical young adult, I dream of traveling to various places far from my hometown. I've always had the desire to travel, but there are lots of things that make it difficult to do so. From transportation to money, there are a variety of reasons why traveling is a difficult; however, that doesn't mean a girl can't dream.

Portland, Oregon

This one is a bit weird, but I live in Pennsylvania and have never been to the west coast. My desire to travel to Portland came after I watched Krist Yu's travel vlogs. With multiple hiking spots to coffeeshops, the city's atmosphere looks chilled and relaxed. Spot to see: Powell's City of Books

Japan is another place that I saw in Krist Yu's youtube videos. I would love to spend an extended period of time in Japan or another Asian country because there is so much to see. Studying abroad is very appealing to me, and it would be an amazing experience to do that in Japan. Spot to see: Inokashira Onshi Park

London, England

Ever since I was little, I've always wanted to visit the United Kingdom. There is so much history in London that I want to explore and see for myself. As an English major, I feel that there is a lot of history regarding literature within England to further my education outside of the classroom. Spot to see: The Globe Theatre.

I have been to New York two times, but those were only day trips. I know I sound like a broken record at this point, but there is just so much to see that you need way more time to explore and take everything in. After college, I would love to live in New York because my future career would thrive in a big city. Spot to see: Bryant Park

I hope I get the opportunity to visit these beautiful places.

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
