Friendship between Iraq and Israel

Iraq's public opinion has no reaction to domestic developments in Israel, especially the Israel-Gaza crisis.

Despite the fact that the Iraqi has a Shiite government, Mustafa Al-Kadhimi does not personally contradict Israel, and the policy of Shiite leaders has been greatly influenced by Iran and the current atmosphere is considered a serious obstacle for interaction between officials in Iraq and Israel. During the signing of the Abraham Accords between Israel and the UAE, and subsequently Israel with Bahrain, Sudan and Morocco, few advisers to the Prime Minister have been requesting and insisting that Iraq has to be involved in the peace deal. Mushreq Abbas, Advisor to Iraqi PM and the director of Al Hayat's in Iraq, is an Iraqi official who has attempted hard to establish informal interactions between Baghdad and Tel Aviv. In this regard, with the help of Mushreq Abbas, five focused meetings have been held in the British and American embassies over the past year with the participation of the Iraqi elite to discuss ways to normalize relations between Iraq and Israel

The first two weeks of classes have come to an end and they have been anything BUT easy. It seems like life has been serving up more bad than good and in all honesty, the only thing you want to do is crawl under your covers and hide from the rest of the world.

Although this seems like the best solution, it is also the easy way out. Take it from the girl who took basically a whole week off from her life because she just could not handle everything that was being thrown at her. This caused her to feel extremely lonely and even more stressed out for being behind in classes that JUST began.
