Halo Top ice cream is a new trend hitting stores, where the ice cream that you are eating is actually healthy for you. This low-calorie, low sugar, high-protein dessert is perfect for when you want to eat a pint of ice cream while you binge-watch The Bachelor, but now you can be healthy while you do it. With Halo Top coming out with many new flavors just in time for the fall season, you can bet that I will be at the grocery store trying every single one. Have you ever wondered what flavor of Halo Top you were? All the flavors are great, but here is your personal flavor of Halo Top ice cream, based on your birth month!

1. January-Vanilla Bean

January means cold, snow, and the winding down of holiday break. We all definitely gained a few pounds over the holiday season, so traditional, super low-calorie Vanilla Bean is the perfect option. Add some chocolate syrup, and you're definitely set!

2. February- Strawberry

The perfect 'V-Day' date: split a pint of Strawberry Halo Top; that means that it's only 140 calories if you split it! Who needs flowers or chocolates when you can get a pint of Halo Top instead?

3. March- Mint Chip

Green with envy! St. Patrick's Day, Mardi Gras, and Mint Halo Top! What a trio!

4. April- Cinnamon Roll

April 10th is National Cinnamon Roll Day! What better of a sweet pick me up than a pan of cinnamon rolls? Make it even better with cinnamon rolls, in ice cream form.

5. May- Oatmeal Cookie

May is the month where everything changes- school is ending, summer is beginning, you are becoming another grade older. Healthier than chocolate, make the change to oatmeal instead, and change it with some Halo Top.

6. June- Lemon Cake

June means that we have to get our summer bodies back in check, but we don't want to lose out on ice cream runs over the summer! Lemon cake is a great, super low-cal option! Sunshine, relaxing pool-side, with a pint of Halo Top, what could be better?

7. July- Birthday Cake

America celebrates its birthday every July 4th, so it's only appropriate that the whole month of July be dedicated to Lady Liberty.

8. August- S'mores

August 10th is National S'mores Day, so what better way to celebrate than with S'mores Halo Top ice cream. What better way to end the summer months than with this pint of yum?

9. September- Chocolate Mocha Chip

September means back to school, and back to school only means stress. One way to relieve stress- coffee. So, why not combine three great options- coffee, chocolate, and ice cream? I feel my stress going away as we speak!

10. October- Sea Salt Caramel

With fall in full swing, nothing makes me think October other than apple cider, pumpkin patches, and caramel apples. The sea salt caramel flavor of Halo Top is sweet, tasty, and spooky-good, just like the month of October.

11. November- Pumpkin Pie

This is a no-brainer, the month of November is centered around Thanksgiving, autumn leaves, and pumpkin spice lattes. What better flavor to represent the month of November than pumpkin pie itself. Hey, add this to your Thanksgiving feast, a low-cal dessert might be a great option!

12. December- Cookies & Cream

Santa Claus is coming to town, maybe leave him out some Halo Top cookies & cream this year instead of regular cookies. I'm sure Mrs. Claus will appreciate your health tips for her husband.

Join me on my hop onto the healthy ice cream train that is Halo Top. Here are all your go-to flavors for every month, buy a pint and get to eating!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
