Three-time Emmy winning competition show called "The Voice" is a fun and entertaining show to watch. Usually the judges are Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera, and different guest judges such as Pharell and Cee Lo Green. For 2016 however, they decided to change it up by introducing pop sensation Miley Cyrus and R&B/ Soul artist Alicia Keys as new judges and I personally could not have been more thrilled. I believe Miley and Alicia are extremely interesting to watch and they are amazing on the show. The Voice blind auditions may be done and the battle is now playing, but my obsession is not over. Here is a list of my favorite Blind Auditions.

1. Dave Moisan

I was super impressed with Dave Moisan's audition. His voice is raspy, raw and beautiful. I would 100% listen to his music and jam in the car. I have his version of this song downloaded already and I cannot get enough of it. He picked Alicia to be his coach even though I truly believed he would of worked well with Adam especially because they have similar styles. It was so heart breaking when Alicia chose someone else over him in the battle round but then I became so ecstatic when Adam saved Dave by stealing him, giving him that well-deserved second chance and finally with the right coach.

2. Christian Cuevas

This man is a miracle from God. Christian's voice was so powerful and soulful, it was like a breath of fresh air. He had a tough time losing his father and all that pain is expressed in his voice. Perhaps my favorite audition from that night, Christian absolutely slayed his vocals. The song was perfect for him in that moment, and it was performed for his father. Christian's audition made me cry, and my mother was in awe of him as we couldn't contain our amazement watching his audition. He chose Team Alicia, and that was so perfect for him! He even won the battle which I believed was in the bag for him.

3. Lauren Diaz

I was completely blown away from this audition. Lauren's powerful voice made it so enjoyable and the fact that she was singing an Alicia Keys song to her idol Alicia Keys who happens to be a judge was super ballsy! She does remind me a lot of Alicia but she does have her own unique voice, and that voice is gorgeous! Although she ended up losing the battle, Miley ended up stealing her thus giving her a second chance, I am so thrilled to be able to continue watching Lauren's journey!

4. Riley Elmore

Oh my god. I was left completely speechless. This young man is only 16 years old and have a voice like Frank Sinatra. I was so impressed because not many people his age are known to enjoy that type of old style music, but it was so amazing to listen. His voice is very unique and I believe he will go very far in this competition. I was beaming with joy when Riley chose Adam to be his coach because Adam fought hard for him by singing on stage with Riley and already giving him a lesson. Thankfully, Riley won the battle even though the girl he versed gave him a run for his money. Adam understood that Riley's voice is one in a million and he definitely deserved to continue on further in his journey to becoming a successful artist.

5. Wé McDonald

This wonderful 17-year-old girl, Wé, was amazing. She sounds like a little mouse when she speaks and then all of a sudden a beast comes out when she begins to sing. She has such a deep-rich voice that fills the whole room. I was so shocked by her singing voice because she sounded so squeaky and tiny with her normal voice. I was really happy with her song choice and it fit her perfectly. She mentioned how she was bullied for her looks for such a long time, well I hope the haters are crying now because she was chosen by Alicia to be on her team as well as winning the battle round! Outstanding!

6. Whitney and Shannon

These two beautiful sisters were the only duo from "The Voice." I was interested to see how it was going to go down and I was so happy to see how beautifully well they sing together. The harmonies were gorgeous and it was something so angelic. I am glad they chose Alicia as their coach and I am super excited to hear them on the battles!

7. Natasha Bure

I truly enjoyed Natasha's audition for the voice. She comes from a famous family from acting to sports, but she wants to do her own thing which I totally respect! I enjoyed her sweet voice, although it wasn't as strong as many others I had to put her on my list because I love her version of this already great song. She ended up on team Adam and she was absolutely incredible during the battles but unfortunately did not make it through and she went home. I personally believe she should keep singing because I would totally listen to her music! Keep slayin Natasha!

8. Michael Sanchez

I truly enjoyed every second of this awesome performance! Michael is the guy in the back of a restaurant playing the piano, trying to entertain guests, yet no one pays attention. Well I am here to tell you people, listen! This guy has such a powerful voice that makes you wanna bob your head back and forth! I was happy to see that he ended up on Alicia's team because they both have strong voices and she was the only one who believed in and she showed that by being the only one to turn around. He ended up winning the battle portion of the competition and he deserved it!

9. Nolan Neal

This audition was extra special for the talented Nolan Neal because he ended up going home last season on "The Voice" after getting no chairs turned for him. This time, however, he totally proved himself by giving an amazing performance and getting all four judges chairs turned. His vocals were killin' it and the song choice was impeccable. Last season Adam told him to come back, choose him and they would win the show. I was so happy to see he did in fact pick Adam as his coach and I am so excited to see him in the battles! America loves a great come-back story!

Ever since I could remember, it was a treat to receive Easter Bread made by my grandmother. We would only have it once a year and the wait was excruciating. Now that my grandmother has gotten older, she has stopped baking a lot of her recipes that require a lot of hand usage--her traditional Italian baking means no machines. So for the past few years, I have missed enjoying my Easter Bread.
