What defines the true essence of a person?
Is it the deep and intricate qualities from within? Or even their thought process on how to reach a conclusion?
Does essence reflect in a person’s physique? Or could it even be the personality they were born with?
Each person will have a different outlook on how they find the essence of someone.
What they value in one another will vary. What we reflect on ourselves, may not be seen by somebody and vice versa.
Over time, we slowly gather pieces from others. Pieces of joy. Pieces of support. Pieces of strength.
And all that together, only builds up our own essence. Our own personality. Our own views.
From that, creates an even better you. A stronger person. An experienced individual.
So I must ask, what is your essence?
Do you see yourself in a positive light? Or do you diminish the very foundation in which you were made?
It’s all about perspective. It is all our choice on how we view ourselves and others. And that viewpoint has power.
Power to destroy and power to lift up. Which are you doing?
