5 Things That Will Make Online Classes A Little More Enjoyable

We all know that the switch to online classes hasn't been the easiest, but hopefully these products can help make that transition a little easier and a lot more pleasant.

Seat Cushion

A seat cushion is seriously such a game-changer, especially when it comes to sitting at your desk all day for classes. It's super comfortable and a really affordable and easy way to upgrade your chair in your dorm. This honestly helped me so much because it stopped me from doing work in my bed which I had a bad habit of doing. Now I'm just as comfortable in my desk chair and a lot more productive.

Wireless Headphones

We all know that you're going to need a pair of headphones for your online class, especially if you have a roommate. I love using my AirPods (or honestly any wireless headphones) because no one else on your Zoom call can see them and you don't have to deal with pesky wires getting tangled up right before your next class.

Desktop Wallpaper

This one doesn't even cost anything! Putting in the time and effort into finding a desktop wallpaper that will make you excited when you open your computer is so worth it. Your computer's wallpaper is like decorating your virtual dorm room that you're going to be spending a lot of time in, so make sure you love it.

Keyboard Cover

Just like the wallpaper, decorating your computer can honestly make virtual classes a lot more personalized and fun. I love these covers because you just put them on top of your plain keyboard and it's instantly transformed. Again, you're going to be spending a lot of time on your computer, so you might as well make sure it's as personalized as it can be.

Blue Light Glasses

I was hesitant about how effective blue light glasses could possibly be but I'm convinced that they've really reduced my headaches I usually get from using my computer all the time. Now that we're going to be spending a lot of time studying and learning on our screens, we have to be more conscious of how we take care of our eyes. Even if you don't think they'll work, they still look really cute!

I was asked so many times why I wanted to go to a small school when a big university is so much better. Don't get me wrong, I'm sure a big university is great but I absolutely love going to a small school. I know that I miss out on big sporting events and having people actually know where it is. I can't even count how many times I've been asked where it is and I know they won't know so I just say "somewhere in the middle of Wisconsin." But, I get to know most people at my school and I know my professors very well. Not to mention, being able to walk to the other side of campus in 5 minutes at a casual walking pace. I am so happy I made the decision to go to school where I did. I love my school and these are just a few reasons why.
