Drowning In Depression

I am a strong swimmer, yet I find myself unable to swim away from the black tar filled pool depression has created. I year for the day I am finally able to swim away, as I sink further down; drowning.

back to add on to the years you have stolen from me I presume

years painted black with tar I still find myself drowning in

as I ache to swim universes away from you

I yearn for the day I am able to swim
