So, you saw Logan Paul's Japan vlog and you don't know what to do--you're disappointed, scared, angry, maybe even surprised. Don't worry, there's a lot of us with mixed emotions about him! You're not alone in your new (or continued) hatred of Logan Paul.

While I didn't predict this exact situation coming, I knew that Logan had always been a heaping pile of garbage ever since his vine days, and I'm glad the rest of the world caught up. Are you an ex-"Maverick" looking for someone new to fill the void that used to be there with that Logan Paul's videos, especially now since his projects with YouTube Red are on hold? Well, look no further! Here's five channels to watch on YouTube instead of Logan Paul!

1. Claire Wineland

You might have seen a few interviews about this 19-year-old circling around Facebook. Claire Wineland is a 19-year-old woman living with Cystic Fibrosis, a chronic genetic disease that creates mucus in the lungs, and can also affect other major organs in the body. She uses humor to talk about the tough subject of how her terminal disease will be the cause of her death, and how shes living with the fact that she can either live longer, or die faster. She also has a charity called "Claire's Place Foundation". You can watch her previous videos here, but because her channel got hacked, you can subscribe to her and see her new videos here. You can also view her various interviews and TEDx Talks online.

2. BBC Three

Originally a television show, "BBC Three" is a YouTube channel that dedicates itself to showing a variety of content. They have various videos that range from the light videos like "Things Not To Ask A Cosplayer" to heavier topics such as "What Happens When You Get Caught With Drugs" and "How Not To Die From A Stabbing." Their aim is to showcase all kinds of people, and to educate others of important topics without censoring anything. Their channel can be viewed here.

3. Rachel Ballinger

Rachel Ballinger, sister of Colleen Ballinger/Miranda Sings, is hilariously real and has a variety of content on her channel, such as weekly question time videos, collabs with other YouTubers, and reaction videos. She also has a super cute pitbull puppy, and a book out, "101 Things That Piss Me Off." You can find her channel here and her vlog channel here.

4. Taylor Nicole Dean

Taylor is an animal enthusiast with pets as simple as dogs and cats to as complex as a hedgehog and axolotl. Her channel is dedicated to educating her viewers on how to take care of certain animals and marine life, as well as updating viewers on her animals and their life. You can view her channel here.

5. Cian Twomey

You might know Cian as his alter-ego "Emily." Cian originally started posting on Facebook to mock clingy girlfriends and gave her the name of his current girlfriend, Emily, and now posts videos of his alter-ego Emily with his girlfriend, deemed as "the real Emily," and also posts self-depricating humor about himself and the funny things that happen in his life. He also has a book out called "Go F*ck Yourself, Cian." You can find his channel here, and his original Emily/Cian videos here.

Happy YouTubing!

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

These powerful lyrics remind us how much good is inside each of us and that sometimes we are too blinded by our imperfections to see the other side of the coin, to see all of that good.

Every Girl Needs To Listen To 'She Used To Be Mine' By Sara Bareilles

The song was sent to me late in the middle of the night. I was still awake enough to plug in my headphones and listen to it immediately. I always did this when my best friend sent me songs, never wasting a moment. She had sent a message with this one too, telling me it reminded her so much of both of us and what we have each been through in the past couple of months.

Zodiac wheel with signs and symbols surrounding a central sun against a starry sky.

What's your sign? It's one of the first questions some of us are asked when approached by someone in a bar, at a party or even when having lunch with some of our friends. Astrology, for centuries, has been one of the largest phenomenons out there. There's a reason why many magazines and newspapers have a horoscope page, and there's also a reason why almost every bookstore or library has a section dedicated completely to astrology. Many of us could just be curious about why some of us act differently than others and whom we will get along with best, and others may just want to see if their sign does, in fact, match their personality.

Being a good person does not depend on your religion or status in life, your race or skin color, political views or culture. It depends on how good you treat others.

We are all born to do something great. Whether that be to grow up and become a doctor and save the lives of thousands of people, run a marathon, win the Noble Peace Prize, or be the greatest mother or father for your own future children one day. Regardless, we are all born with a purpose. But in between birth and death lies a path that life paves for us; a path that we must fill with something that gives our lives meaning.
